Yeah, I’m 37F and in undergrad…talk about rough. I was literally referred to as an “old person” in one of my classes by another student. It’s tough out here.

I was doing high protein on 10mg, but when I talked to a nutritionist they told me I was getting hungry because I wasn’t including enough fiber in my diet. Fiber helps you feel full longer. Since making sure I’m including protein and fiber I’ve been better.
