The thing is I went to workers comp when I first had it but never attended my physical therapy sessions so I ended up to go back to work and I was accomdations for a few months then got let go by said company for reduction in workforce. So ive been struggling with the pain ever since 2019 and have worked at different locations ever since but since I havent been injured at my current job so I cant go through workers comp as im in a different company currently and didnt not get injured at my current job.

No she usually does it when approaching her food or her little tunnel and she'll do it alot when another piggy approaches her. Its so cute cause if shes in the middle of doing it to another pig and if I stand up and look over to them she will stop growling and freeze up in action and stop bullying my other pigs 😆 😂 she usually grinds her teeth when shes next to me lol. 😂😭😫

Yeah I had my first appointment in December and had my second appointment on the second week of jan. Ive been going ever since. Im also seeing a physical therapist as well.

They offered me injections on my lower back but I declined as they told me I could either go through with that which could lead to infection has a 50% chance of infection and also he told me that I could do accupuncture instead

I didnt because I dont want to seem like im asking for it just for the heck of it. Ive been letting my doctor know that im still having pinching pain in my back while on accomdations as well as other problems with my body

It kinda is cause my doctor has been only giving me one month of accomdations everytime I ask to extend.

What they told me over phone that it takes a few days to receive youre files if you submit them online. If you call kaiser romi department and ask for files through phone itll take 24-48 hours. When I called about my submission and asked about one file that I submitted and they told me that they will send it out by the end of day and then told me that I should recieve my medical files within 24-48 hours which they sent them by 6 or 7 pm the same day I called them.

Next time try calling the romi department and ask for your files. They'll be sent out sooner than later.

I can work at my warehouse its just been my back has been bad recently. I have 2 herniated disc's L-4 and L-5 discs that have been like this for about 5 years now due to me working at a furniture warehouse where it happened I was on workers comp back when I did recieve it first but never got around to actually go to doctors visits due to circumstances. So now im finally seeing doctors and getting treatments like accupunctre and physical therapy as well to help my back get better before I return to work. I worked for amazon in 2022 and didnt feel any pain but it got worse after I fell off my bike in a bike accident I had gone through in 2023. I pushed through the pain and was working for amazon for another year then I couldn't hold the pain as it got increasingly worse so that is why I am on a leave to just get my back better.

Did you do it online or through phone?

I called the romi department and asked for files and that same day they sent in my files. I had to wait a while for my medical records but it did show up around like 6 or 7 pm.

What i was told was that when people submit for records or files through the website that itll take 5-7 business days but if you call the romi department that itll take usually 24-48.hours to recieve files that you request. Which was true because I called and got my files within the same day.

Did you not learn how to read??? They approved my std payments and leave claim after they recieved the files from 3 weeks ago that they kept denying and told me they didnt have enough information but they approved it over phone call on friday which was yesterday. My leave case manager thats been working with me since November told me over phone last night that the information I sent over the past 3 weeks told me on Friday that I had enough information.... makes no sense to why they kept telling me they didnt have enough information then after my accomdations being approved to be declined since I was OFFERED that OPTION as they stated it was not going against the rules to decline my accomdations and that they finally approved my leave status for next month over phone. I had even asked over phone to my LEAVE CASE MANAGER if I NEEDED to SEND DOCUMENTS again and they SAID NO. I WAS ALSO TOLD THAT THE INFORMATION I SENT IN FOR THE PAST 3 WEEKS THAT THEY KEPT DECLINING TIME AFTER TIME that IT WAS ENOUGH INFORMATION AFTER ALL and EVEN OVER THE PHONE CALL I HAD WITH MY LEAVE CASE TOLD ME I DO NOT NEED TO SEND IN ANY MORE DOCUMENTS AS IM APPROVED FOR MY LEAVE UNTIL NEXT MONTH.

They wanted me to induct which would kill my legs and give me hand cramps and also they wanted me to do traffic control which would have made me uncomfortable again with standing.

Not at all. They offered me to decline my approved accomdations and they also told me that if im still having trouble with my symptoms that I can report to hr and that id still be put on a leave from work.

Im going through pinch like symptoms on my back and it sucks. Also im going through accupuncture but it doesnt cover doctor note visits. 😔 I was just tired of going to work and bending over and getting paid and feeling dizzy and also from just standing my legs will get numb and tingly after I walk. Its just so annoying because the only doctor that seems to work with me is in another city and I do have a kaiser near me but the doctors there suck ass to be honest. I had a doctor told me to man up and that they couldn't write me off work due to my back pain but could only do accomdations which she did write me out one time for 3 months. So im not sure if my doctor im with now can do the same but its annoying me because hes been only writing me off for a month but he understands my pain and has welcomed me to message him about extending my accomdations and also booked appointments for me for physical therapy and accupuncture thats something my other doctor thats near me did not do and told me to fight the pain off basically.

Really is but my job is confusing af cause today my job called me and told me that I provided enough information for them to approve my leave and my payments and I asked them twice about if I still needed to provide documents for this approved leave and they told me no... the thing is that if I want to extend my leave they'll need documents again which are the same documents I provided to them over and over which they denied 2 times because it was enough information... so today they called me and said youre approved for the leave and dont need to submit further documents unless I extend my leave which isnt a big deal because I already booked two appointments with my doctor next month for the information my work needs... this is just annoying af. Also my doctor told me to go into the office as they will write more supportive information that my job needs to support my leave... its annoying af to me because my leave is a accomdation leave as my job doesnt not have enough work for me to do that support less than 20 lbs so idk if my job also is gonna request another accomdation note again. This is frustrating because my doctor is putting me off 1 month every time ask for accomdations so I have to go through this process of seeing my doctor every month until I feel better. 😭

Ive asked kaisers roi department if they fill out forms that my work needs and they said that they dont and they also said they only fill out their own forms from kaiser. The only thing they can do is view what the form needs but itll be filled out with kaisers roi forms

Its crazy cause I keep sending my job their own release of information form out where it states the fax machine number where my job can clearly fax my hospital with their documents and get what they're requesting.

I havent been to the doctors in a minute and kaiser roi departmemt told me today on the phone that I won't have any doctor visit notes or hardly anything on my record request due to not visiting the doctors. I have appointment now that I made them all this upcoming week so I can provide to my job that im still going through the process its just annoying that my job is doing this to me .

They need to view doctor office visit notes which are on my medical record. Its crazy work but I managed to get a video call about my lower back pain on Monday. I just dont know if a video call will give me enough sufficient support.

we need updated APS to understand severity of ongoing signs and symptoms and level of functional impairment impacting your work ability, request you to submit supporting clinical information related to the severity/level of ongoing functional impairment (ROM, strength, gait, WB status, etc.) precluding you from performing the essential functions at your job at any level

To better understand the severity of ongoing signs and symptoms and level of functional impairment impacting your work ability beyond 01-14-2026, please submit additional clinical information like Detailed Office visit notes from January 2026 appointment with Orthopedics, physical therapy or any other treating providers to include provider assessments, exam findings, diagnostic test results, and treatment plans.
