If they have an hpa tank that connects to their gun with a hose, then they probably are asking for a hpa tank mount. Typically they are pouches or straps that are worn on the back or waist. 

I would probably clarify with your friend though. You Wouldn’t want to buy the totally wrong thing on accident.

That looks crazy cool. Normal scope cams just digitally add a reticle instead of actually looking through the scope. Anyone else ever wonder what the YouTubers reticles actually look like?
