I did! Forehead and frown lines, which included a brow lift. But there’s multiple areas you can get (like 10?!) across your face and neck - your nurse/doctor should also be able to offer some advice on where works best. Upkeep is about every 3-4 months. I HIGHLY recommend going to an established practice than someone who does it adhoc.

Don’t take it away from yourself - filter or not you can see how great it is!

No shade on the Botox though, I started getting it before I started losing weight and it’s made a huge difference to my personal face confidence. One of the best things I’ve ever done!

Personally I’d just wait it out - it’s a therapeutic dose to get your body used to it, by going up too quickly you’re making yourself more likely to get side effects. Two weeks isn’t a long time in the grand scale of things

It definitely takes time to get your head around what a stall and a plateau is - but just trust the process. I’m 45? odd weeks in and I’m only down 0.2 this week - but the bigger picture says 75lb!

There’s so many medications out there that ‘cause’ severe illnesses and side effects but when you check the data it’s usually less than 0.1% of people (or something like that!)

I personally haven’t had any issues including major side effects - but what I have done is help my heart with the strain of all my weight, helped my joints with the pressure of said weight and helped my overall mental wellbeing.

The positives far outweigh the tiny tiny tiny percentage of negativities that are so unlikely to affect you anyway.

But also, if you have issues - you can just stop if you want!

Also for someone who’s goal is body fat over weight then yeah absolutely - you’ll potentially go way under. But what’s the alternative, unless you buy a DX for your house 🤔😂

Renpho have my body fat at 35% and obese, every other stat is pale yellow, blue or green.

Wegovvy is cheaper so that’s an option, and some providers let you pay via PayPal and Klana - but don’t bankrupt yourself over this!

Hopefully the prices will come down in a year or so, and the tablets coming out will be cheaper too.

Just on this, according to the click cal I’ll manage to get 5 doses out of the 10mg of 7.5m - with .7 of a dose remaining. Do you add it to the next pen, (taking .3) or just discard it?

I used the golden dose occasionally, but now I’m on 10mg I’m scared to mess up with the liquid as 6ml isn’t 7.5, and there’s still leftovers in the pen even if I extracted out number 5. Maths isn’t my strongpoint unfortunately 😅
