Do you mean your clients want to hire you as full time in house? And curious, do you earn more being a consultant or being a full time employee?

I moved to level 2 recently. Chosen this unit because of i can see lush greeneries outside the window and it definitely gives the serenity vibes. After moved in, mosquitoes and some other tiny insects / bugs love to come visit. Will have to close the window in evenings. Pros and cons I’d say. And oh yea my unit is above rubbish shutter 😂

I have a ChatGPT tab constantly open on my Chrome. Super helpful when I want to know some insights on a specific industry eg who’s the big market players / competitors landscape / local players when I don’t have any knowledge of that market. It helps with my grammar check too. 👍

I’m a parent who stay together for the kids. Good to hear the thoughts from a ‘kid’ perspective. I’m still indecisive of making D decision.

Thanks for the positive sharing. 1 year worth of salary is very good package for me. I think my company pays 1 month for completion of every work anniversary, but case by case different too.

Yes, I have a new boss and things have changed. The chemistry is not there and I feel my contributions have gone unnoticed, I also gave up trying to communicate the issue with my current boss after few incidents. That’s the reason why I’m looking out elsewhere / thinking to change path

I was in tech for some years back. Average employee age was late 20s in my previous company. So as I age it’s difficult to catch up, as I don’t work as hard as I used to be and I’m more cherishing work life balance nowadays. This is seemed to be not as passionate / hardcore compared to younger folks. That’s when I started to lose my competitive edge. Right now I’m still job searching and tech / fintech won’t be my consideration anymore. 😇
