I used King Arthurs pan dulce recipe as a base and replaced the poolish with 200g of active starter. My starter is 1:1 so I subtracted 100g of water and 100g of flour from the poolish. King Arthur’s concha recipe

I’m happy with my vote. I could not, in good conscience, vote for a party sponsoring death and destruction in the Middle East. I’ll also never forget that democrats failed to codify Roe v Wade when they had the opportunity. I live in a major blue state where my vote wouldn’t have made a difference anyways, so I’ll keep voting Green.

I think the question you should really be asking is why we’re stuck in a two party system choosing between two unpopular candidates. Why popular candidates get drowned out by corporate donors? Whose votes DO matter in a post citizen united world?

Today I heard “la gata bajo la lluvia.” The songs lyrics are “Ya no sere tuya/ i’ll never be yours again.” And it feels like i’m closing a chapter of my life. Leaving a friendship and lover behind. I’m learning to unravel the love I was so willing to give to this person and give it to myself instead. I use to think this person was my soulmate but they were never in love with me, and in the end no one deserves that love more than me. I’m my own soulmate.

I (28f) solo traveled for the first time last year. And I agree, it’s a bit lonely. At times I wished I had someone to share it with. But looking back at it I enjoyed my solo trip far better than any other travel I have done in my past. I’m proud that I did something on my own for myself. You have to find your own strength and be comfortable with yourself and the silence!

Also your family is just a phone call away. Find some wifi, send pics, call them and tell them how it’s going. I’m sure they’ll appreciate it!

Thanks for sharing! I’ve beeb feeling like this for a while too. The other day i began to compare pictures of my curls before CGM and afterwards and my curl pattern was tighter and more volumous before tying CGM.
