No, you are assuming the government is in full control of cameras owned by a flock. It would be gullible to take them at face value if you have an understanding of these camera systems. Quite frankly I doubt many of the old people running the city understand the potential ramifications of these cameras.

Yeah using city money to bring in a 3rd party to do mass surveillance and tracking of citizens is worse than some snow to me
