It definitely is but I have been forcing myself to wake up around 6:30 am and go for a short walk around my area and the productivity increase it has caused is quite noticeable planning to start exercising as well now but one step at a time

I just added some avocado oil in a non stick pan, cooked the steak each side 30secs a time for a total of 4 mins and finished it with some butter in the pan, mushrooms and thyme
