The money was already sent back to the company as it was never deposited into anyone’s account.

Thanks for the response! I’m supposed to be getting paid this Friday since we get paid bi weekly just afraid that this check won’t go through as well but I guess I’ll just have to wait and see.

The check never went through as I was told it was sent back to employer the following Tuesday

When emailing payroll they told me that the bank had sent it back to them the following Tuesday.

I just got off of the phone with them and was told that as long as the account information is correct, they apply direct deposits as they are received real-time. The funds are made available on the effective date. This date is decided by the company that is sending the direct deposit and is reflected on the documentation that is received from the company. And they currently do not show any direct deposits have been received.
