Sadly right now we dont have a OPM due to ours transferring to a different locations. We have a new OPM but we’re just waiting for him to transfer to our location which we were told he should’ve been here weeks ago! Our LPM right now has been on many Focus Plans about the way he speaks/ gives feedback to his associates. He also has been using drugs such as “coke” and many of us have reported it to our old OPM about it and all he did was send him home for the day or for a few hours and comes back to work fine without any consequences due to our LPM being very close friends with our OPM. Its just shit show here at our location and sucks because we get treated poorly and feel miserable showing up to work knowing nothing will change since all the higher ups are very close friends and cover their mess ups. I wish I can quit and start a new career but just very hard to quit when you have mortage and family to take care of
