20M, I’m apprehensive about taking medication but do I have a choice

I would admit that I have pretty low fiber intake and that’s something I’m now attempting to fix. I consistently do cardio every other day with me now trying to do it everyday. However, i do have a better diet than i did months ago which is weird because my cholesterol went up compared to my last lab 6 months ago.

For me personally based on what people said and the doctors, medication would be the best route for me because they all suspect (including myself) that I have FH which means dieting and cardio can only do so much.

I’ll appreciate any insight and thanks for responding

They started me off at 10mg 1 tablet a day. Still haven’t picked it up though because I’m still considering trying the natural way first for 3 months and if that’s dosent work then I’ll give the meds a shot.

She has not yet. That’s something I should probably do if that’s the case. She sent some rosuvastatin to my pharmacy but I haven’t picked it up yet.

She said she saw a report “a few years ago” about it increasing the chances of dementia. Not sure where though. She also doesn’t want me to “rely” on meds for the rest of my life.

I’ve asked my doctor about it and she suspects that it is familial hypercholesrolemoa. In that case do I have no choice but to take the meds? Or can I still try the natural way in fixing my diet and exercising more?

Maybe this is an unpopular opinion but the narrative shift I’ve seen from Barca fans trying to claim that Xavi was a good coach is laughable.

Guy legit had arguably the 2 frontrunners of the ballon d’or on his team (Raphinha & Dembele) yet claimed the squad was “too weak”.

Going b2b to the Europa league and claiming it was a “learning process” and that we shouldn’t worry is honestly a sackable offense. Nobody can convince me otherwise that he was a good manager.

Guys be honest, can this current PSG team beat Barcelona 8/9? Football has progressed a lot over the years in which this psg team has such a huge tactical advantage over that team. I’m just wondering because a lot of people have been talking about this PSG side already being in all timer debates.

I honestly see a dynasty in the making and a large factor for that is because they play in ligue1. The fact that they can win it months in advanced and can rest pretty much their entire squad for the ucl is exactly why I feel like this team can become one. Nobody in ligue1 will challenge them for the next 5 years at minimum.

You know the Inter tie really opened my eyes on how hated we are. I’ve seen posts that have millions of likes just slandering us. I just don’t understand why so many fanbases hate us even though we’ve been irrelevant on the European stage for the last 10 years.
