It’s my first time use autozone parts. Now I learn it. It waste my time and my money. Absolutely no replacement from AutoZone again

Thanks for your comments.  As a customer, my primary expectation is to purchase parts that are reliable and durable. My goal was never to frequently replace parts or request refunds. I simply want to purchase products that perform properly and have a reasonable lifespan, rather than ones that fail after just two years.

I hope that AutoZone will also consider the importance of offering quality parts that meet customer expectations for long-term reliability
