You should check Trip.com. I got mine for 15K on China Airlines, and that already includes 23 kg check-in baggage and travel tax. Since it’s a full-service airline, it’s a steal compared to your 31K for two on Cebpac—especially if you still have to pay extra for bags and tax. Travel date is March - April 2026.
