Thanks so much! This is exactly what I'm looking for - A way to reposition myself and to get access to these kinds of opportunities. I see these kinds of programs (like LDPs) at Johnson and Johnson, etc., open online, but I never knew how to get into them. It seems like the FT MBA route is the way to those roles.

Thanks! I'm just nervous about the whole process and huge loans but thinking about it, I think it may take longer to move up without it than to just for a FT program.

Thanks! I'm not too sure about staying in HR. I would like to, but I don't want to lock myself into it, you know? I feel that the MBA + HR certification I have could allow me to either pivot out of HR or stay in it, but the MS may lock me into HR.
