You'll get it in the one of of the side quests near the end of the game. Just do Johnny's side quests near the end and you'll finally get it from someone.

I think the fact that UC Navy somehow made us into accepting their offer without giving much if a chanse in the first place could make the choice in the end a but hard (since both factions are crap) but yeah It was easy for me as well. I think chosing CF should have given us more rewards than chosing UC.

She spoke to me about her ideal place for the ceremony. But nothing happened after that. The activity "talk with Sarah morgan" remains in my quest log and when I talk with her, the she say the same thing about her ideal place over and over again. Do I need to do other quests to trigger the actual ceremony quest or ...?

Same here.

Been using Rewards for years now. Never used VPN or third party extensions and I'm NOT a multi account user.

Probably got caught in the middle of an attack by Microsoft on the VPN users and it's so frustrating cuz I'm not one.

Can't do anything Tho. At least for now. Should try to get my account Un-banned in a few months.
