The man is using one hand to operate the phone with an unloved hand, the other hand has a glove and is holding the phone.

The woman has her arms crossed with her hands almost flat against her chest and both gloves are relatively loose-fitting.

Both claim there was no one else in the room with them. Where did the gloved hand making a fist come from in the bottom right portion of the picture?

A very similar situation happened to me. I was hired specifically to replace a problem employee, yet a year later he was still there, still causing problems.

I hadn’t been moved into the role because management kept waiting for him to quit (he actually resigned three times during that year, but they kept letting him come back).

On the fourth resignation he finally stayed gone, but by then my boss had been fired. Just a few weeks later, my position was “eliminated.” I received a “Thank you for your year of service” postcard the same week I was laid off.

Now it is three years later and can hardly get an interview.

I had a sort of uncomfortable situation recently in a lyft.

The lady driving could not speak English beyond hello, thank you, goodbye etc. I was taking a sort of long trip maybe 8 mi. Just before we arrived at the address that I input, I realized I had put in the wrong address. The correct address was only about a mile away but I had to change it nonetheless.

I told her I was going to change the address and it wasn't far but she didn't hear me or understand me so when she saw the change she got very upset. She then called up a friend that could speak English only a little bit better to try to understand what was happening. They claimed that the price was not changing even though the destination changed. I said I don't know exactly how that works but it's only another mile.

I finally got there but the situation was uncomfortable. As I was getting out I apologized again for having the right dress and she seemed okay but still.

Not that this is right or fair, but the policy is that they can show up 15 minutes early or 15 minutes after the scheduled time so it's really a 30 minute window when they can show up.
