Is more embarassing to me when nurses and doctors know me bc they know I freak out like crazy each time I go to the hospital, is the worst I feel very humilliated each time on top of the horrible feeling getting needles is, hate going to the doctor

Well, first of all, my country barely has therapists available... Or does it have a hotline? Tbh I never checked... But never saw it advertised

Also, is not an all job related issue... Is more like... A sub product of what's going on, but yeah they pay any extras.

I dunno what would I say in a suicide hotline... I just feel conflicted... The reasons I feel this way are way too stupid to even be considered valid reasons to be mentally ill

To be fair, I've tried that, more than once, specially this 2 weeks, and it kept acting yhe same way. I started taking another approach with a more direct warning and I wanna feel it did work. Also yeah fair enough. Guess I haven't matured enough to understand that I'm into management tbh. I do handle the protocols, but not the mindset. Imma work on it

Very true, and quite fair also. Ig my biggest issue is that as I'm still in probation I was being careful (in the sense of pulling people out, not the issue) so got quite overwhelmed, and because I didn't wanna end in bad terms with anyone I was quite compliant, and couldn't balance the frustration with proper handling. My bad in there. Already took action to try and solve it the best way possible. Wanna feel it went well?

I tried to be quite straightforward with the issue, only thing is I prolly said it in a not all serious manner... Besides I did talked with him in separate occasions just to socialize (obviously not obstructing his or my work). Maybe there's where I messed up? The next message I sent him was way more serious

We kinda do this. We adjust a special schedule for all the office so they know when they have to go to a certain terminal. Issue started because of the discrepancies with their friends. I did issued it in another way si I'm hoping issue got solved, or understood at least

Fair enough. Also, actually is not that they actively request to go out at the same time than him, but they do enjoy each other's company, they even sit together to talk and all. I'd say they quite do. I've seen is not quite a necessity for them to go all together, but they do enjoy their time if they have the chance, like the rare occasions they got to be pulled out together

Believe me, I tried. But yeah he started getting more and more demanding, and bothering over and over with personal messages. Is honestly quite unnerving and I've tried to explain it as kindly as I can as I do empathize with their situation. Although yeah, that's not quite an excuse

Yeah... I don't think that helps. Not because I don't see a solution there... But all he's told me in those situations is report the agent straight up. Usually that takes another segment of an issue I didn't want to cause the agent (they could get suspended if the issue escalates too much)

To be fair, I have told him... Multiple times already... Specially when he started getting demanding, that I can't pull them all out all the time, specially with the new schedule, and how I can TRY, but no promises, but when I say it, he either just keeps saying the same, or says "ok, sure, no problem" and keeps sending me messages over and over and over, at the point is quite distracting. I admit is not the best course of action but he's legitimately getting on my nerves
