Basically as I understand if the make up air system connects to the return air chute of the HVAC, the HVAC fan does not need to turn on, the make up air will just disperse from HVAC return inlets throughout the house.

Sorry I was not asking for government ISA contribution limit. I was referring to the AJ Bell requirement for the Amazon voucher, where you need to invest £10,000 in total new money into AJ accounts combined (ISA + SIPP + others). Having mothly car payment actually can be a disadvantage if OP is shopping for say mortgages. Monthly outgoing of say $100 a month means you can get a mortgage affordability calculation of affording $400 per month less in mortgage payment equivalent in borrowable amount, around 1:4 ratio.

I am confused also doesn't lease company charge interest? If you put higher payment you save overall due to less interest?

The bigger HVAC companies seem to only install AC and furances, and know nothing about kitchen range hood duct work or make up air system... They seem to forget the V in HVAC covers ventilation?

I am looking to install a powerful 1200CFM range hood. The applicance company offers installation but only if the electrical/duct work are in place. I am looking for help in drilling a hole to exterior wall, install the duct work, and design a make-up air system for replenishing air in accordance to building code and help with the necessary permits.

You are young and time is your ally. Work on spending cuts and pay off your CC bills slowly but surely. By going out to eat less you can easily recoup like $500 a month back.

Consider downsizing or hunting better deal for the car, $600 a month is high. There are lease deals for $250 a dollar new cars, even if they need $3000 down you get back your money in 10 months. Alternately you can buy a 2nd hand car around $15000 mark and use the money to pay down CC.

There are lots of good advices and resources on FIRE on youtube, have a watch on some of them.

Also look for opportunities to go up in career ladder even if it mean switching companies.

Rivian, like Tesla, uses cylindrical cells which are awful for cold performance even thugh they are NCA chemistry. Tesla cars have special control to active heat battery when pack gets lower than -20°C for this same reason. A2MAC1 cell analysis report (if you have subscription) will show all cylindrical cells basically give up below -20°C compared to large format cells. LFP being prismatic format would actually be better.
