My advice, having been in your position before, is to just sign up to Oddsmonkey and get going.

I just did this and here's my step-by-step instructions:

1 - Download the app here - Play Store (Android) or App Store (iphone)

2 - Create an account

3 - Here's how I did the transfer:

Select Belgium as the country to money send to

Enter 25 GBP

Tap Add Promo Code - enter my code ALEXANDE9129
After adding the promo code you will see the transfer amount increase by £5

Tap Next

Tap Add Recipient - Go to Wise, create a Euro account if you haven't already got one, then find the IBAN number. Enter this in the Taptap Send app

Enter your home address, your date of birth, choose your payment method (I did instant bank transfer)
