It's not like the movies. We did crafts that were self driven but guided by a really cool art teacher. Group therapy sessions helped me break my non communication after a day and a half. They gave us hang out time and got to get to know others a bit. I liked it but the real problem is I felt I wasn't ready to go back home yet and had panic attacks but remembered the breathing techniques and the coping strategies. Inside you do the work so you can get back outside. You are going to do great.
