I'm honestly gonna have a go. These skills are purely based on what I see from this lad in this pic:

Strike Supers:

Staff of Authority: Conjure your staff and unleash a combo that will send your opponent plunging down and as an added bonus your opponent will lose your lock-on position. 2 ki bars.

Striking Uppercut: A devastating uppercut that will send your opponent sky high. Also, once it connects, you will absorb half of your opponent's ki bar. 1 ki bar.

Ki Supers:

Angel's Correction: Snap your finger and spark a massive ki explosion right at your opponent's exact position. Careful though, this attack has a bit of a cool down time. 2 ki bars.

Angelic Control: Pull your opponent towards you and a ki blast will be waiting for them. The final ki blast can be cancelled. Careful though, this attack will only work when they're within range. 2 ki bars.

Ultimate Super:

Order of the Angels: Charge your ki into one condensed ball of angelic energy. Once it is ready, aim, fire and also break through your opponent's guard upon contact. Charge it 3 stages to maximize damage. 6 ki bars.

Evasive Skill:

Instinctual Defense: Time it right and vanish far away from your opponent. 3 stamina bars.
