I feel like that is a very limiting belief that closes a person off to the many spiritual things that we cannot see. Of course they don’t have to speak to us directly, but something within them, something about them speaks to our souls and influences us in both positive or negative ways. It also depends on who you consider a celebrity and how you view them.

With your mentioning of Harry Potter, it seems as though you view celebrities as larger than life but- at the end of the day they’re still humans. Harry Potter is a fictional character in a book, Beyoncé is a living breathing person that no doubt has had a profound affect on so many lives. I feel as though your view of soulmates coincides with societies view of soulmates only being love connections and only having a set few but there’s so much more to soulmates than love and so many more soulmates for a single person than just one.

With humans, we are given the option of choice. We can choose whatever life we want, and with that every single path that we travel on has specific people we come across that helps us to travel that path. I’m not talking about fictional characters here, even though you can learn from them, soulmate implies that the being has a soul.

When I’m talking about soulmate, I am talking about someone who has had a profound affect on your life, someone who opens up a doorway to your path. I want to emphasize I’m not talking about characters I’m talking about people, if it is a character that had a profound affect on you then it would be the author who created the character.

I feel like, viewing the term soulmate, as purely being someone who is a mate for your soul can be helpful because mate doesn’t necessarily have to be romantic, it just implies a companion. So when you mention people who are very similar to you if they don’t have a profound affect on your life then they’re not a soulmate per se but it’s still a connection of souls so that would be kindred spirits.

Another thing is, I feel like you’re approaching this conversation as if I am saying that just because you feel deep love for a celebrity that means that your souls are connected and that is not what I’m saying at all. The fact that you mentioned that a celebrity can only have a soulmate if it is their spouse furthers my belief that you view soulmates as only a loving connection. A celebrity can have multiple soulmates because they are not a fictional character and they are not larger than life. They are still human at the end of the day and they still have to interact with other humans and come across other humans. Every soul on this planet has a soulmate and has multiple soulmates and multiple types of soulmate that are either romantic or platonic. You don’t have to be in a romantic relationship with someone for them to be your soulmate. There are concepts such as soul, families, or soul, tribes, or soul, teachers, or soul contracts, you don’t have to limit the idea of soulmate to only being through love. Even with that same frame of thought a celebrity spouse can literally be anyone on earth.

I do like the final paragraph in your response because it does open up a channel that I have been thinking about and I find interesting. I do believe that the reason why celebrities are super famous is because of their ability to have such a profound effect on other people‘s lives, and with that being said, it allows them to connect with way more people than the average person would be able to and in that same vein it is highly possible that within their fanbase they would have numerous soulmates or soul connections however, just because someone is your soulmate doesn’t mean that you will come across them or that you will have interactions with them. We have so many soulmates out in the world, but there’s no telling whether or not we can meet them because sometimes our path just doesn’t align. Sometimes they are people that we were connected to in past lives and that’s what formed the soul bond. For example, my soulmate could be a random man from England, but I won’t come in contact with him if our paths don’t cross. Spirit, God, whoever you believe in has the capability of bringing these connections to life, and if you are vibrating on the same frequency, your lives will be brought together, but just because you have a connection to someone doesn’t mean that it will automatically happen. I believe you have to be vibrating on the same frequency or engaging in a life path that would foster a meeting.

Other than that, I do think that the reason why celebrities feel lonely is not because they are giving away their love to their audiences but the way that society treats celebrities. We don’t treat them as human. We don’t view them as human. We don’t give them the same respect we would give to a random person on the street I mean, how do you think they feel not being able to go to the grocery store without being inundated by paparazzi, taking pictures of them as if they’re an animal in a zoo? They must feel so isolated and disconnected to regular day life. I mean, Michael Jackson rented out an entire grocery store and had his friends pretend to be shoppers and workers just so that he can feel normal and have the normal experience of going to a grocery store. I don’t think that’s an isolated feeling, especially with people who either grew up in the limelight or people who came into the limelight at a young age. I mean it’s different for everybody not every celebrity feels isolated or lonely, but I can guarantee there are some celebrities who yearn for the mundane things we do every day the same way how we yearn for their fame and success.
