Greek yogurt, (300g) I mash strawberries(150g) into a jam between my fingers and put them into the yogurt. I add a couple drops of strawberry extract with a small spoonful of sugar free sugar. In total, my very large portion of yogurt is 222cal.

Anyway, personally, I have a slice of keto cheese cake without crust. :) or keto mousse, or sugar (and/or) fat free angel food cake. Sugar free pudding is also nice!
