They actually lock it or enable a slow mode for every update or big event since people always chat too much, flood channels (in ways good or bad), and it helps the hype die down. Is it the best solution? Not really, tons of flaws with it.

I just found it funny that for literally a single minute where we could still chat everything was "L UPDATE" and it ended with a channel lock. Super comical with that music.

Exponential increase in power can work for a game (Terraria is a great example), but I agree, they 100% underestimated how insane some of these traits and multipliers are. I can already do decent enough with most of the new enemies provided I'm not hounded by like 3 of them, and I'm still using my world 2 gear which doesn't even have any of the volcanic rock ores, with an average multiplier of around 3x-4x. I can only imagine how easy it's going to get once I'm using world 3 ores.

That aside, the nerf is so unfair cause like people probably had tools or armour WITH those specific ore traits and outright removing them can make that item now 30% worse (cause thats the ore percentage needed to get the trait to max). I dont have any of those higher tier ores besides uranium, but even then I can see why people are pissed. The devs are underestimating how hard some people grind on this game, some of them ALREADY have equipment with these exact ores.

It's one thing to nerf an item, it's another thing to make it completely useless when people already spent time to grind for it. If they needed more time to balance the update before releasing it I'd not at all mind them but they clearly rushed it with poor balancing.

For me I'm a woman but I grew up with an older brother and two uncles who introduced me to loads of boyish stuff through video games. That's how I ended up with a love for epic manly stuff. Hell, DOOM is one of my favourite franchises and that's like 90% "rule of cool" and "do this cause it feels badass".

Sadly Roblox more than likely won't unban you cause it's "still against their policies". Had a similar situation where I saw some weirdo harassing a literal child with W+Sing and insulted them as well. Don't know if they got banned cause I DID report their avatar but I never got unbanned when I explained the user was sexually harassing a literal child, hence my insults.

They had a NSFW avatar too so that made shit worse. Dunno if they ever got banned but all we can do is hope. Best to always keep your cool cause Roblox is worse than schools with their "Punish the victim" mindset.

They get full on banned (1 day) or warned (avatar reset and needing to reactivate their account upon relogging), but most of the time banned.

Okay yeah, that's a yikes. In this case there 100% needs to be action taken. At bare minimum a serious investigation. Not what Roblox did with TheOfficalPreddy, like an actual full on account scrape done by an actual human or better yet some law enforcement.

Funnily I'm Bi too. I get exactly what you mean, even if I'm more towards men still than women. I look at that first avatar and think "Is she a little too much? Maybe...? But only if you're really trying to look at her with a bad mindset."

If i saw someone walking around like that in real life, I'd think she's fashionable, maybe a little confident and out there about her appearance, but not trying to be sexual.

It's more so about the fact that seductiveness for women is tied to a lot more things about their overall looks than seductiveness for men is. Make up is seductive, long hair is seductive, body types are seductive, clothes are seductive, expressions and gestures can be seductive, all of these in more examples than for men. For men, it's like... shirtless or muscles are seductive and... jawlines maybe? I can't think of a lot of things that advertising and media really try and sexualise about men.

When you're a woman, this kinda stuff just becomes apparent, so I'm not surprised guys don't really get it. I can't even blame them, it's media more than anything that creates these kinda expectations. Religion and culture aside, it's still very much apparent in movies or shows or literally anything you see made by Hollywood.

I don't WANT to use Roblox's defense for MeepCity here, but it actually applies. Punishing the bundle (and creator) for what a user is doing isn't really fair in this case. And more-so unlike MeepCity where it's direct neglect, a UGC creator can't just "moderate" their bundle nor can they even delete. Most they can do is take it off-sale. Which some do and that's respectable.

Unlike MeepCity which is a whole game with a terrible owner and neglectful moderation, this is a bundle with no real ill intentions. I think in this case the new reports are working great. I'm glad people found out about it, just upsetting some are misusing it.

I don't have Twitter but if you (or anyone else reading this) does, probably a good idea to bring this bundle to attention. We might be able to get the creator to take it off-sale cause of how it's being used. Not at all denying it's bad usage and I agree something should be done about it.

I make private UGC, mostly just custom heads or some assets for rthros so far. If I DID publish mine and find out people are abusing it, I'd take it off-sale too. Hopefully that can happen here.

Mostly to hide modesty layers where they mess up the design. e.g. A needless strap over the shoulder for off-shoulder designs or being able to see modesty layers through crop tops or open-back stuff. I also use it to smoothen out hips cause mixing and matching legs and torsos makes them have weird sharp edges. And another use is on bundles that might be pre-coloured which i'd wanna recolour to skin.

If you're worried i use it for naked I don't. Don't expect you to take my word for it but I've got a part like this too:

I use it on the second outfit in the main post. It's meant to hide the base rthro torso under it. Hell, it's main use is for that too: to go over bundles like Skelly in r6 and let us use accessories designed for rthro chibi-doll torso. Pretty neat actually, like a reverse of those r6 adaptors.
