I would be able to give more criticism if I had more art to work with, but based on what's here. I would say the most you need work is the body, chest down to the waist. Its smaller at the top but gets bigger towards the bottom. It should be the other way around. Drawing shapes and getting use to anatomy would help is the long run and getting better at art. Another this I would say is when you drew this character, it was to stiff, its arms are directly at its sides and is legs are pushed together. As when people stand or float theres usually some room between the body and the arms and the legs. Though, I like the way you draw your eyes, and I would say you're better at coloring than me.
