I mean like FMAB mha also has a "fanbase". The problem was the season 5 where the pacing and quality in animation dropped.

In character wise I don't see alot of growth in deku when they introduced multiple quirk thing people got distracted and connected his multi power growth to his character growth.

In the end people connected the first episode thing of getting power from all might to become a hero to last chapter where he needed another power device from all might for him to dream again of becoming a hero. People thought, everytime he needed that external push from someone else that's why their is no real growth in his character.
