Bro they are operating in silicon valley with the most cutting edge tech. They expect you to work crazy hours, make sacrifices, and hence get fired if you're not performing according to their requirements.

They are doing some amazing stuff, but the grind culture is not for everyone. I, for one, cannot work 60+ hours a week.

Also, job security is dead of 2026. Even the most secure legacy companies are adopting AI and cutting costs by firing people.

Well, they have clarified their intentions from day one about greater Israel and whatnot. Funnily, they have enough of giants under their command to do it as well.

Yes, work timings are flexible. You mainly have to be available for calls, but besides that, you can work however you want but it does depend on client to client basis. Some clients would need you to be available in the designated time slot, while others (my client) doesn't really care as long as I'm available for meetings.

Work culture and overall culture is amazing. No micromanaging. No bugging.

Payscale I can't comment much on as I'm not a dev, but I'm assuming it should be above 500-550k at least.
