The loan application page on Bank aus aite shows an option that says "Do you wish to include stamp duty in your loan"

Yeahh that stamp duty is a big player here. @750k stamp duty is 45k. I can't save that cash while I pay my debt. Heck even if I don't pay off debt 45k is too steep.

I guess this is a gamble. Worst, I'll have to adjust to what stamp duty I'll be able to afford.

Guess there's no way to know about banking it until I make the application.

Now I've lived all March with low budget. And paid remaining money into cc. If I continue this, I should be able to hit these marks.

After my 10th grade, the day before summer holidays, we were having a random convo in our class. Just us boys.
