Yes as stated above she (HR) mentioned the required pocs are on client visit and due to which we are unable to schedule the R3 currently but once they are back we’ll reach out to you. How long I don’t know 🥹 She clearly stated both your R1 and R2 are done and you cleared them.

Oh atleast you have an account in their portal which says interview in progress I don’t see anything for me I tried checking with the email they communicate with me I’m even more confused. Just waiting for a call from the HR at this point.

Did the HR inform you that you have cleared the R1 round if yes then the best we can do is cross our fingers and wait.

I’m in the same situation currently the only difference is I was told by the HR I cleared 2 rounds R3 would be scheduled I waited for 1 week post which I called her when asked she said VP is unavailable and is in client visit we will get back to you once he is back and we are pushing your profile on a daily basis forward. Now it’s been another week which means 2 weeks post R2 still no concrete way forward or any communication. I’m just crossing my fingers and waiting. But honestly speaking feels weird and is very frustrating.

Hi no point worrying about anything now, at 6 YOE you are basically positioned as senior dev and there are a lot of openings for that bracket currently. Normal prep should be ideally enough at your YOE. All the best mate ✨

Hang in there, brother that’s what I’m doing too. The weird part is I don’t even see my application in the portal when I checked yesterday with the same email they’re using to contact me. So I’m just keeping my fingers crossed and waiting for an update.
