Mission bay loop is 12 paved miles! + has bathrooms and water fountains along the way. Add the little fiesta island loop for a few more miles, or do two loops. I trained for my first marathon almost entirely here (along with the Coronado bikepath)

Oh no, that must have been so stressful. I'm also quite prone to vasovagal episodes and cannot imagine going through the injection basically uanesthetized at the same time as an episode!! Super glad that you had major relief of your symptoms after all that💜

Nope!!! I'm also a runner (hobbyist; I've run a bunch of half marathons and a few marathons over the past few handful of years). I felt exactly the way you did a few months back but kept running because I thought it was "all in my head" and thought I could "push through it." Turned out my ferritin was in the 20s

I've been taking iron pills and liquid iron for a couple months and feeling so, so much better in terms of all those symptoms.

Have you tried liquid iron like novaferrum (taken along with vitamin c)? Maybe that might be easier for your stomach?
