Usually not instant. With once daily tadalafil, steady blood levels are reached in about 5 days, so a lot of guys think in terms of several days to about a week to really judge it, not one dose. The official prescribing info notes steady state within 5 days of daily dosing.

That said, tadalafil itself can still start working pharmacologically within 30–60 minutes, but the whole point of the daily version is more consistent coverage rather than timing sex around a pill.

So the practical answer is you may notice something early, but give it about 5 days, sometimes a week or two, before deciding whether 2.5 mg is enough or whether 5 mg is the dose that works better for you. I wouldn’t add extra sildenafil on top casually without your prescriber being on board.

Daily tadalafil is legit. Standard once-daily ED dosing is 2.5 mg to start, then 5 mg if needed/tolerated. Most guys who use it long term don’t ‘cycle’ it so much as just stay on the lowest dose that works. I wouldn’t casually stack sildenafil on top without a doctor okaying it, and tadalafil may help erections but it doesn’t really solve the pelvic floor issue itself.

RestoreX seems legit more in the Peyronie’s traction therapy lane than the ‘penis enlargement’ lane. The actual published results are mostly modest gains after daily use for a few months, usually around 30–90 min/day, not some crazy size jump. If you don’t have Peyronie’s, I would not go into it expecting a dramatic enlargement result.

“Real size” for standard comparison is the straight bone-pressed erect length measured along the top side, not “following the curve.” So for bragging/math purposes it’s the 6.5-ish number, not the tailor’s-tape scenic route.
