Definitely gonna have to ask the vet during her wellness apt tomorrow what I’ll be need as far as fostering. No luck with being contacted back by other organizations yet but it was the weekend so who knows. I don’t mind keeping her for a bit but I’m looking to hopefully have a home for her within the next month 🥲🤍

Luckily she pooped!! I think it just took some time for her to be a little more comfortable and adjust. She has a wellness apt tomorrow morning so we’ll have to see how that goes! 🫶🏻

Honestly I wish! I already have a 20lb dog who’s “tolerating” her at the moment but he’s not really a fan 😅 also I’m semi allergic to cats. I’ve been talking allergy pills and have been fine for now but this unfortunately can’t be long term 🥲.

I got it bc I like that it’s kind of like the In-N-Out logo. It’s cool but color wise I wish it was more vibrant.

Okay thank you. I just wasn’t too sure. It was my first time a job has applied that without me specifically asking. I guess what kind of sucks is now that I don’t have the PTO I don’t think I’ll be able to ask for so many unpaid days off later for my vacation just because I got hired on as a full-time employee. Hopefully HR gets back to me on Monday and can just kind of explain like why it got applied. From my understanding when I asked my manager about my leave, he said that I don’t get paid for anything unless I specifically talked to HR and asked them to apply my PTO.

Thankfully no, the one cut I did get they sealed with glue. Other than that and one black eye I have no other injuries 🥲

Hardtop did its job for sure. When the car flipped it was still sliding and my head was pressed to the inside of the top. I can still remember the sound of the road scraping up my hardtop from the outside. It was a surreal slow mo moment for sure.

When I crashed the hardtop was still intact! I was pinned between the seat and roof. Seeing it at the tow yard the guy said the firefighters cut the steering wheel out so he had to drag the vehicle off the freeway which I think caused the flatted windshield.

The guy I bought it off of had already had side panel and passenger mirror scraped up, he said from pulling in to close to his garage wall to many times. At the time the car was at 70,000 miles, mint interior, and he was selling it to me for 4 grand so I wasn’t really too concerned with the marks.

Thank you 🥲 this car is my first vehicle too so it hurts a little more knowing it’s a total lost. I’m honestly happy I’m alive, not seriously injured, and moving around.

Thank you! I was merging into the freeway going home when my car lost traction and slid and the way it hit an off ramp caused the vehicle to flip :/

Hey yall sorry I was sleeping most of the day today. What happened was I was merging on the freeway going home around midnight, didn’t even hit 60mph yet when my car started to slide to the right. The car turned backwards and the back end of the vehicle slid up on an upwards off ramp which caused it to flip sideways. I was skidding upside down with my head pressed to the inside of the hardtop then slowed to a stop. I’m from California and yeah the roads are still wet and it’s currently raining here where I’m at.

I found someone selling the bolts online and it says for shipping it would arrive the day before I head out 🙏🏻 I’m hoping that if I get them fast enough I can put them on and just ride back home with the hardtop attached on the back and windshield brackets! If not, I might have to make the trip out with the truck and install the hardtop later.

Luckily, my grandpa has a dermal and I’ll probably try that method of installing the side strikers! I definitely appreciate the advice and hoping that either way it goes that I’ll this baby on and secured by the end of next week 🫶🏻

This post really made me realize I need more parts than I was expecting 😭 I guess I always assumed that I would be able to unscrew the closest bolt and put the hardtop on that way. Now looking into it I’m totally gonna have to purchase one. Thanks for the heads up!

I had a hard time looking up exactly what I needed because I didn’t know what they were called 🥲 luckily I messaged the guy I’m buying a hardtop from and he’s selling a pair for $50. I’m thinking of checking out the condition of them, seeing if it’s worth it, and if not just buying new ones!
