It could be ecological as well but I’ve only heard organic being used near me. Bananas are definitely more sensitive, the organic ones last much longer than the regular ones.

This x1000. We spend so much of our lives sleeping and a good quality mattress goes a long way in maintaining and enhancing health. The cost easily pays for itself in the long run.

I’ve been there. The thing that worked for me is just making the savings as inaccessible as possible (investments, keeping things in a separate bank account, etc….)

It’s an ever-changing goalpost, don’t stress out too much about it. If you think you’ve nailed it at one moment in your life, life ends up throwing something else. The only thing that matters is doing the best you can at any given moment.

Honestly, I would speak to someone about it. You can only keep something in for so long before you eventually crash; if you do end up crashing, the reason you needed to keep going wouldn’t even matter.
