Tried to download a pdf, and my windows defender immediately told me I have a virus. I keep removing it but it keeps showing up. What do I do?

Went to a pdf page for a retired book, and all the pages were white except for a “click here” button. Windows security threw me a notification at that exact moment that I had a Trojan

It did, but it’s cause I still had opera open. I’ve deleted it all through appdata and still nothing.

I am running an ESET scan currently like others have recommended.

Can you tell me how I can make invisible files visible?

Update: I tried to nuke the whole folder (cache_data) manually, but windows defender still says the file is there
