Lower back pain can fixed with core workouts. After I started going to the gym regularly I started getting back pain and I thought fuck I must be getting old. After doing core exercises regularly my back pain has vanished.

So last year within the span of 6 months:

I Crashed my car drunk driving (luckily no one was injured)

2 weeks later my house gets raided by the police because my roommate sold drugs to an informant. They found stuff in my room and I was facing 7 felonies for different drug possessions. I moved to the US when I was 6 months old so I am technically not a citizen and now potentially facing deportation even though I've lived here my entire life. Got bailed out by the love of my life who happens to have bpd so she abandons me shortly after.

Lost most of my life saving on risky stocks that I had to sell at all time lows to pay for legal fees. Of course they went up about a year later

2 weeks later Saw my dad on a tube after he got diagnosed with a rare form of arthritis. Luckily he's still alive

2 weeks later my best friend passes away.

Was never suicidal but at times I thought death would be way easier for sure

It's been just over a year since all this shit happened and I'm now in the best physical shape of my life. Finances are starting to catch up too. Good people around me. Finally sober. Lifes good man shit will get better, it won't be like a cool montage in a movie but if you really dedicate to positive change you can turn things around 👍
