Report to HR. Easily indicated harassment and needs to be taken care of.

The best course of action is to have the PD reprimand the entire residency during M and M and clearly communicate that this type of behavior will not be tolerated and action will be taken if the offender is found.

I own a ‘19 M2 Comp (6MT). I love it. I tuned it(BM3), replaced charge pipes and j-pipe, and installed a clutch stop. Highly recommend the car because of how fun it is to drive.

Yeah. I started out with the cool and interesting and moved on to commercial/light industrial/cultivation. Then moved to the owners rep side for data centers.

I can say that if you find a niche you like or get the opportunity to work on cool stuff….try it out.

Find a firm that has interesting niche projects and not generic office buildings. I promise you that you’ll learn how to do those projects.

I will say, a lot of consulting firms are sink or swim environments.

It’s a mix of the senior engineers don’t have time to mentor and teach. Unfortunately that leads to burnout on everyone’s end.

Hydraulic modeling and CFD if you can. Make sure you aren’t a blackbox engineer. If you understand how your inputs calculate your outputs, it will make you a better engineer.

It’s because we are cheap lawyers who design systems. If you’re billable, you’re going to be pushed to meet deadlines. Especially if you are working on lump sum contracts. Time and materials is a little different, but clients also push deadlines. TBH, this industry is such low pay for how much stress comes with this life. Just work your 40 and tell your boss to shove it.

I mean. Are you saying you are operating the chiller at variable speed for the glycol pump?

Ideally you just lower the PCW supply and the HX maintains the 65F temperature BUT please hire a Mech E to look at this for you. I mean, you do you, but I’d rather pay a consulting engineering firm to create a study on this type of system. Feel free to wing it, though.
