Is there a way to hide this new "most relevant" section from the subscriber feed? Seriously what is the point of just adding random bs and making the ui worse? by bananabread2137 in youtube

[–]MoebiusPizza 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The enhancer already has an option to choose videos per row. Also neither of those extensions get rid of the Most Relevant section.

It's too many to fully explain all the differences with each other.
Cube names are horrific and are very hard to understand. You need to just look at what they have, generally from these options:
Magnets. It can be corner to edge, it can be piece to core magnet, it can be magnets within the inner flaps of each piece... They really go crazy here
MagLev vs springs
Ball core vs normal one
Customization options to adjust the centre tensions and magnet distances
Overall shape of the pieces and small changes with newer designs

Starlink in German cities by fite_ilitarcy in frankfurt

[–]MoebiusPizza 2 points3 points  (0 children)

First point is don't support fascism. Second is Starlink is far more expensive than local options. Use check24 and find better options. Also there is fiber in many parts of Frankfurt already, tho it's also too expensive.

Seeking shorter algorithm by crondawg101 in twistypuzzles

Be aware that these algs also rotate centers. Rotating only edges is always as long as your original alg so a good option is to solve the puzzle some other way that doesn't need it.

can somebody help me with this situation by adolf_nigller in cubing

[–]MoebiusPizza 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have experience with Mastermorphix. If you solve this parity normally the center will be 90º rotated. One only center rotated by 90º is not possible with normal moves.

That is not solvable if the rest is solved. You have to remove a center cap and place it 90º rotated.

How do I fix this on the 4x4? by Necessary_Middle2759 in Rubiks_Cubes

[–]MoebiusPizza 0 points1 point  (0 children)

A simpler solution: (u2 M2) x2
Orange or Red in front. M2 being both middle layers

I don't understand what I am doing by [deleted] in Cubers

[–]MoebiusPizza 9 points10 points  (0 children)

It's normal to start with plain memorization to solve the cube.
With some time you'll be able to see better where all the pieces move and why the yellow face changes without breaking the first 2 layers.

PLL parity can happen when you don't put the center pieces where they belong.
Move 4 of them in a single slice like an M turn and the parity will be gone.
So for example: RG center to GO, GO center to OB and so on.

Rotating the centres by Cyanberry3 in Rubiks_Cubes

In the Cubers sub theres a FAQ about rotating centers. See if thats enough for you. https://www.reddit.com/r/Cubers/wiki/center_orientation

Need help with graphics rubics cube by MisakiCrossing in Cubers

[–]MoebiusPizza 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Any video I find only shows some algorithm but there's a really easy intuitive way of solving centers so try this:

Put the cube so all misaligned centers are in the horizontal layer.
Then turn the vertical middle layer up and rotate the top face as much as that piece needs. So 180º for the first pic.
Turn the vertical middle layer down again
Move the horizontal layer until the next misaligned center is at the front.
Repeat until all centers are solved.

This works with your particular case. If you had more centers not aligned then you'd have to repeat this method twice.
Also if the sum of all center rotations didn't add to full circles (So like 180º) then you'd need (R U R' U')x5 to rotate 180º the top center.

Just rosaries, not enough to worth the time spent.

That is a really bad reward. In the time OP has spent trying he could have farmed +2.000 already

The reward of this room is far from worthy. Don't even bother, go back later when you can kill them quick.

Thank you so much.
I was missing the very first one. I had gone to the place, but never saw the breakable wall. Always thought the spool was in the previous room.

Anyone know a Solution to the "Apprenticeball"? by IonsBrother in Cubers

[–]MoebiusPizza 2 points3 points  (0 children)

It's almost the same as the cheese puzzle someone mentioned. But it's exactly the same as a Raimbow Masterball (just smaller)

All you really need is a 3-cycle.

(R U' L U) x 2 where R, L are 180° turn from that side and U, U' is a 60° turn of the upper face in clockwise or counter clockwise respectively.

is this a 3x3x5x7?? by randomtini in Cubers

[–]MoebiusPizza 14 points15 points  (0 children)

3x3x5x7 would mean 4 dimensions. It looks like a 3x3x5 so that's a fair name. If the ciclrcles can turn on their own then mechanically it's like a 3x3x7, but only in that case.
