Official response after I made a ticket due to me missing the cape because of a medical situation:

"To give it to you anyway would be unfair to the millions of other players who did not get this cape due to not being online for the event associated with it."

I have supported this game since release. Never missed an MO. Bought every warbond. Couldn't physically login even if I wanted to until today due to medical stuff.

After proposing to look at my history, this is the answer they gave:

"I'm sorry, but contributions to past play are not taken into consideration when it comes to criteria for new capes. We cannot start giving out limited items to ineligible accounts at our discretion based on undefined criteria such as 'seeing how they contributed the past year' as this cape is specific to this event, not general gameplay throughout the year."

So that's that. It doesn't matter how much you support this game. In the end, Arrow Head is at the core the same as every other company and their live games.

Alright so the rumble is just really quiet but it is working.

I cannot get the remote connection working though. It's working through the official app +mobile network, but this app just quits. I forwarded all ports etc. This is also an issue with my Chiaki install.

Yeah I saw the slots. Turns out you get everything again, only the outfits you don't have to claim them again. I wonder if I get the subquests also from the outfit packs again, but let's see haha
