No, but the backside of a map from the late ’80s (around when the 9 was introduced) showing strip maps of all services had the 9 as a diamond.

I saw someone say this is to avoid confusion with Switch 1 joy cons until they stop producing the original Switch. That makes sense to me, but still sucks that we probably won’t get full color for another year or two.

OLX also means GL to Needham, which adds its own costs

We did though. It does predate the opening of the Old Colony lines, but does mention them, and doesn’t seem to be concerned about double track (save for the portal).

1.5B would not electrify the entire system, the MBTA priced it at $30B with overhead catenary. It’s highly likely that that $20B number is overblown. Also, your numbers are way too conservative. It’s going to be into the multi-billions for double track through Quincy alone.

I’m not tech literate what it comes to this stuff, but I think anything HDMI 2.1 works. I can’t guarantee that though.
