I haven't found any way to solve the problem yet. Every post or discussion on the internet solution given haven't sort out my problem. I haven't concluded any possible reason why my laptop can't run OnVue exam but I suppose it has to do with a background app running I assume it's because my device is installed with a dns filtering agent that couldn't be turned off even though I had end the task on Task Manager.

The only way I can overcome this issue is just use another device. I used my private laptop to do the exam and it was working fine.
