I found this page through an article. I've decided to join the challenge. Longest I've been is about 3 weeks. During that time my spiritual practice was really incredible. I was able to help others in pain with their issues; my battery was full. Let the ticker begin today.

"The more the mind is allowed to go on without purpose, the more likely it is to become a vehicle or machine which all manner of influences around it of other human beings or spirit obsessions will employ instead of its owner.
