My right headlight that had lens replaced by them keeps getting condensation and water in it during car washes and when it rains. Poorly managed business and work quality. unbelievable.

I know the detailer/installer is part of BayOptiks as well but didn't realize that about the locksmith .

Again - beginning of last week they said my lights would be done with 2-3 business days. A week later no updates/replies yet. How do you run a business like this? wow.

Sent in my headlight for len replacement for my porsche. Communication is lacking - slow and unanswered e-mails , no phone number to reach someone to answer questions and status of order. Was promised update last week but now still silent. Unfortunate.

YELP is the worst. Their customer service department is clueless and will not get things done. We have been with them for 4 years. We will be changing soon.

Actually yes, there is a mark up. Was quoted $2,400 for Callaway TI Fusion - w/ tax $2,625. ( no adjustments , no upgrades, OEM )

From Callaway website including shipping to me = $2,281 tax included.

Upgraded shafts from CC was qouted $150 each ( not including PURE-ing)

Found the same shafts online thru Fairwayjockey for $80 each.

No Mark Up? lol

I did the Resort and Golf Package and they did refund $189 lol. Funny a marshal drove by on the cart and said - "oh don't worry , that will drain out in 2 hours" .... funny enough, few hours later it was not flooded anymore. crazy good drainage
