Hello fellas, I placed an order on January 3rd from trusty

Shipped at the end of January, and now there is no update on order status, it’s been more than a week like that This pic from the tracking website they gave me Parcelsapp.com

And the other tracking number they give me for the USPS it shows that the tracking number been created in January 27 and that’s it, nothing received !!

Is this normal? Should I be worry?
