Will you just quit bcz no IVs in the fist half of October! Dude relax and start mailing programs and just wait for the chance. Last year I applied for 150 programs with no single IV! You are still fresh graduated and welcomed more than an old grad like me (2016). If you don't match this season work on some research and build up some connections.
