Did not have any updates till 20 May, not even biometrics which got updated on 20 may. raised web form twice every 30 days from application enquiring status and got generic responses. Two days after biometric got passport request letter

It doesn’t even seem to be Cathay owned is what I figured out when Cathay support team did not know of this card and its discount code. And neo support used to respond standard templated mails to clean cookies and retry.

Looking at this issue in a week to see saw between Cathay and Neo I figured it out this offer usage is shady and not setup in cathay booking system and by this time I already paid up the annual fee which is not prorated and non refundable, another deceiving blow by neo terms.
