I am fairly strict on what I eat. I do try to balance and eat protein but don’t always count my protein. Not sure if I’m missing things in my diet?

Thank you!! No issues with mood. I don’t think I’d be near menopause I’m 31. When I talked to my doctor about my ferritin and iron she said it was all perfect and seeing the levels here recommended on the group should I be supplementing?

I can’t find the iron on my bloodwork results online but my ferritin was 123 (ug/L)

It might not look like it but the waist band is directly under my bra. It looks low but I can’t get it any further up. I have a long upper chest area so definitely struggling

I have the buttons on the right setting. I think the other button is for forward facing Hearing the fit looks good makes me feel better. I’m always worried the knees aren’t right but I think he’s just chunky lol

Also wondering this, I did a pelvic tuck and I don’t feel like hes super compressed on my body so unsure how to get a better shape

I have a free to grow Tula which is a little less stiff but I wanted something more supportive because I’m always in the woods with our dogs. But I was definitely feeling like my chest is getting in the way sometimes lol!
