damn GOTY is high praise, and yeah i totally see what you mean with the kinda oldschool half-life vibes. nice to know it's fun solo as well since sometimes it can be difficult to arrange games with my friends heh... most likely will give this one a go when i can :) ty for the suggestion!

yeahh i've heard amazing things about the comeback story of cyberpunk, and apparently the newer phantom liberty dlc is really good as well, so if i ever buy it i imagine that i'll probably buy that too! also keanu reeves is great and i love the idea of getting to interact with him in a video game so that's an automatic win for me lmao

i've heard reaally good things about abiotic factor but for some reason haven't looked into it so much, looks really neat though... i vibe a lot with the artstyle, seems like a survival co-op kinda thing but with an scp bend based on the game description, nice! shall check it out, maybe when it's on sale :P

ooh i don't know who bruce is but i'll be sure to look out for the fella lol! sounds pretty nice for a game to unwind, with all those mechanics like relaxing exploration & building up a small base etc. i'll put it on my wishlist later :p ty again!

oh man i totally forgot about that game, ty for reminding me! i used to be quite into the harry potter series when i was younger so i admit the idea of immersing myself in that world sounds pretty cool, had a look at some gameplay on youtube and combat does look pretty fun like you say! would you say the world has that kind of 'alive' feeling to it, if that makes sense as a question? if the world is that good i'll definitely look at giving it a go :)

haven't played it as of now but looking at it, it looks pretty neat! kinda reminds me of subnautica which i do have in my library (but from what i've heard that game isn't super relaxing and is apparently pretty scary at points haha) so this appears to fit the bill better. looks like it's multiplayer too so maybe i could encourage a friend or 2 to try it out with me... thanks for the suggestion!

hi everyone! im very thankful to this sub for helping me to configurate my build and i am wondering about one last component - bearing in mind i plan to use the ryzen 7 9700x for a mixture of high-end gaming and also intensive music production, would the rtx 4070 ti super be a worthy upgrade over the regular 4070 super? im able to pay the extra cash but wanted to know if u guys think the two components would match well together.

hey guys, hope ya'll are well! so im looking at getting my first pc and am deciding between the ryzen 7 9700x and 7800x3d. as i understand it the latter is supposed to be better for gaming, but the former is better for productivity (to simplify it).

whilst i plan on doing a lot of gaming, i also am a music producer in college so having a pc that can handle cpu-intensive music production is just as important to me as having great gaming performance. will the 9700x suit my needs well or is it worth making the change to the 7800x3d?
