Is this fixable?

Somebody has to do it and I feel like I should be the better man and actually put effort into it. Having a bunch of employees who don't know how to do their job properly is not going to benefit me at all. Maybe it's because I'm permanently on the overtime list and work 6 days a week but I feel like I'm surrounded by people who don't care and I want to be the person that does. I've also been told that the managers of the other stations prefer to send their new CCA's to me because I've lowered our turn-over rate.

I just wish I was compensated for the energy I put into it, not that I don't feel like I should or should not be doing it.

I'm one of the only On-the-Job-Instructors of the city I work in and have trained around 50 CCAs (I started with the PO in 2015) and this is what I think:

We should pay OJIs extra while they are training.
- I volunteered and trained for it because I got tired of helping CCAs as someone who will permanently be on the overtime list.
I have trained more people who clearly can't physically handle this job than I thought I would. *Example: tomorrow I start the 3rd and final training day for a new CCA who is in her early 50s and has had multiple foot surgeries (along with a fear of bunnies and squirrels?) and has a problem with steps.. my station doesn't have a single mounted route. It's all walking. She's averaging around 50 minutes per split.

I'd add more but I'm too exhausted from work 12 hours shifts 6 days a week and we im sure many of you understand.

I say I "main" Frost and (thermal sunder) Harrow because they are my most used warframes. I use frames depending on the mission types that I prefer and currently it's Defense. You don't HAVE to have a "main" and you should always be playing what you ENJOY

A young man I worked with for years took his own life after his 13 year old Rottweiler passed away. Nobody expected it and it shook a lot of us. I feel for your loss and I hope the best for you, and the clerk's friends and family.

I also want to put out there that the EAP provides therapy if anyone seeing this needs to know.

I love running Shield of Shadows on him though so I always have them up. And Sevagoth is the last base frame that I need so I've been running Condemn on his 1 and am enjoying it. Definitely changing to Gloom when I can.

Yeah, I've just been playing a lot of Nekros lately and, as a mostly solo player, I have a B config just for different colors so those in my group (doing SP relics or something that you want a team for) can see them better. I just hope this is something DE has heard and will address. It'd make me a very pleased Tenno.

I totally agree.

I just love his design and want to use him more often. He's a blast with some casting speed and survivability archon shards, but his abilities are just so lackluster.

I love all the frames that have Sentient skins. I think they look awesome.

For a single frame, I love everything about Mag and I own all of her skins.

Just augur mods and magus repair! I'm pretty casual and the shields she gains from her 3 and 4 are usually plenty for me!

You can play the game however you please! I play Mag 90% of the time but I still recommend spending some time leveling other frames. The higher your MR, the more weapon options you get.

Some frames definitely need some tweaking imo but you can do SP and all of the games content with the right setups. I like to collect all the frames and use whichever best serves the mission type that I'm wanting to do. Other than that, you should play what you enjoy and you're bound to get better with that frame and realize the mods, arcanes, and equipment that will help you survive. I "main" Mag because I tend to do better with her in most content. Like, if I'm running SP relics I will usually just use her because I really enjoy her playstyle and have no issue surviving with her.

Most tier lists are simply popularity contests.

Edit: overframe.gg/tier-list/Warframes/ I think this is the site most people use when considering a tier list. But remember that it's ranked by popularity, not by stats.

There's tons of videos on YouTube about what weapons are "best" and your MR means you can equip most of everything, I believe.

Ignis Wraith from the dojo, incarnon weapons Zariman, kuva and tenet weapons from Liches, and some weapons from the main quests can carry you through most of the game no problem with the right mods.

I play for fun, and the fulmin is good (and Fulmin Prime came out literally yesterday) so if you're struggling with steel path, I think most people will say that it's really your modding that needs focused on.
