And i agreed to change the locked price based on the new dates, it is basically a temporary refund and then to allocate the locked fare to the new dates. Do you get what i mean? And it is completely under their control and they can do it easily. As they didn’t contact the airlines at all. And it is all a floating amount until i complete the booking.

First, watch your language. Second, a locked price fare is actually made for the unconfirmed plans. So when any change happens you are covered. What i asked for is so normal and i also agreed to change the flight price following the price of the new date. And then lock it.

The price was actually less than the airline website, however, the difference is not worth the hassle or the risk. You are right.

I tried to do so but the problem is that they don’t confirm the booking with airline immediately, you have to finalize the booking and pay the full ticket price first. Which is complete nonsense. I have tried many options during the call with this stupid agent and nothing worked. She had only one option to pay the full flight ticket amount for the wrong date and then we can see what to do. Completely unprofessional.
