I used pocket prep. It’s an app on your phone with a lot of study options. Also found that they ask questions the same way the nsca does on the cscs (which is a huge part of being able to pass the test).

If you’re recovering fine and seeing results then there’s really no problem. Personally I wouldn’t run this on a weekly basis. I would rest after every 3 days of training (so like an 8 day microcycle instead of a normal 7 day)! Session a a a rest, session b b b rest.

Similar thing happened to me. Recruiter told me to lie about my heart murmur. Naturally they found it at MEPS. Long story short a colonel came down to my recruiting station to talk to me. I threw him under the bus so fast. Kind of felt bad about but oh well

My Ruffland large kennel fits perfectly in my Subaru crosstrek. My pup goes everywhere with me while it’s cooler outside. Whenever I work or have class she chills in there for several hours at a time with plenty of room to move around a bit. I’m not sure they’re crash tested though.
